Mr. Gilly 是一位勤奮的垃圾清潔員，他的工作是清理城市中的垃圾。從學校、披薩店、公園、醫生診所到消防局，每個地方都有垃圾需要清理。每到一處，他都會重複著有節奏的口號：

“Dump it in, smash it down, drive around the Trashy Town!”

每次清理完畢，他都會問：“Is the trash truck full yet?”（垃圾車裝滿了嗎？）答案總是：“No.”（沒有。）直到最後，他將垃圾倒入垃圾場，完成了一天的工作，然後回家洗澡休息。
